Sarah runs the day to day operations at Eccentric, She is usually the first point of contact for potential new members and she is in charge of keeping the coaches diary’s updated and member management. She’s also pretty darn fit, boasting some impressive weightlifting personal records and achievements along with competing in several competitions throughout the year.
Sarah coaches our 18:00 CrossFit class Mon-Thurs and gets great results from her students.
