Introduction to Your New Coach

Let’s face it; you’re destined to fail if you don’t have someone in your corner backing you up every step of the day. Other gyms bank on you never using your membership, but we want to see you here each and every week making continued progress toward your personalized goals.

This is where your coach comes in and saves the day! You’ll meet this person on your first day and they will work with you to understand exactly what motivates you and how you can work together to ensure you keep coming back and continue to achieve incredible progress.

If you fall off track, expect a call from your coach asking where you’ve been and encouraging you to get back in the gym. Simply starting and falling off track then never coming back just doesn’t happen at Eccentric. We are dedicated to your health and fitness


Intro Course gets you into class after 3 private coaching sessions and is incredibly effective.

If you feel you need more of a bespoke introduction to CrossFit Eccentric then our Fundamentals is perfect for you!

During 15 Private lessons, you and your coach will sit down and work to create a tailored plan of action for our fundamentals program that caters to your specific goals and works with your current level of fitness and ability. This is superior to Intro Course.

Classes can be daunting at first. You don’t know anyone, some people look very fit and lots of the movements are things you may not have seen before. We understand exactly how you feel and we want to bring you into our gym in a way that makes you feel confident, excited and worry free.

Our fundamentals syllabus is designed to teach you the movements we do in the gym in a safe environment without adding intensity, until you show proficiency in the movements. It’s also designed to get you acquainted with your coach and to start to meet some of the members in the gym without being involved in the class just yet.

In fundamentals you learn:

  • How to maintain (and stick with) a good diet
  • Our foundational movements
  • Mobility and Recovery techniques
  • Set attainable goals with your coach for life
  • Prepare for a smooth & successful transition into our group classes
Once you graduate FAST TRACK OR FUNDAMENTALS it’s time to start classes, at this point you should be proud of your new found level of fitness and the excitement to start a class should be off the charts! You’ve probably even made a few friends in the gym at this point!

You and your coach will decide how many times per week you should attend classes to ensure you stay on track.

The social environment, the community and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push, and will help you reach new heights. Every member of the CrossFit Eccentric pack is dedicated to not only ensuring they succeed, but ensuring everyone else succeeds.

There is no room for ego at Eccentric, only a community of like minded individuals with their sights set on achieving excellence together.
